This week, the gang watches the 1999 cult classic ‘The Boondock Saints‘ starring Willem Dafoe, Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus, and Billy Connolly. Written and Directed by Troy Duffy, ‘The Boondock Saints’ tells the story of two Irish Catholic brothers (Flanery & Reedus) commanded by God to wipe out the crime lords of Boston. A film made long before comedy was politically correct, and even longer before Harvey Weinstein and Ron Jeremy were known rapists. ‘The Boondock Saints’ is a film about family, specifically a family that kills, together. This film is a contest between bullets and curse words, and is carried by Willem Dafoe in drag.
